RACE WEEK – Heading to Magny-Cours for the sixth round of the GT World Challenge Sprint
After only a few days back at the workshop, the GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup is already returning this weekend at the Magny-Cours circuit for the sixth round of the season.
Following a very recent Misano round that unfortunately did not go as planned for our team, we are now heading back to French soil with strong determination and the ambition to bounce back. Despite the particularly hot conditions expected throughout the weekend, the entire team is ready to take on the challenge and fight for stronger results.
For this new championship round, our #2 Porsche will once again welcome Dorian Boccolacci, who will be joined this time by Alessio Picariello. It will be the Belgian driver’s first Sprint appearance with the team this season! On the #10 Porsche, we will see our usual duo Robin Knutsson and Gilles Magnus back in action, ready to continue their work and defend our colours in the Gold category.
The week will get underway tomorrow with the first private testing sessions, followed by daytime and evening test sessions on Friday. The usual Sprint format will then take place, with qualifying and a race on both Saturday and Sunday, promising an exciting weekend of competition.
See you at Magny-Cours for those joining us trackside, or on our social media channels to follow the progress of both crews! Another intense race weekend awaits, where every detail will count in the fight for the best possible result. The whole team is ready and eager to get back on track!
