GTWC – Heading to Zandvoort for the 4th Sprint round!

Heading to the Netherlands! From 18 to 20 September, the GT World Challenge Europe will make its way to Circuit Zandvoort for the eighth round of the season and the fourth round of the Sprint Cup.

After a stop at the Nürburgring for a particularly hard-fought Endurance round, we now return to the Sprint format, with two one-hour races on the schedule for this Dutch weekend.

We will once again line up our two Porsche 911 GT3 R Evos, with our crews competing in the Pro Cup and Gold Cup.

Morris Schuring and our own Dorian Boccolacci will take the wheel of the #2 Porsche 911 GT3 R Evo in the Pro Cup. With Morris racing on home soil, the duo will be looking to put together a strong performance on Zandvoort’s fast and technical circuit. With just one hour of racing in each event, every detail will once again be crucial in the fight of the Pro Cup.

In the Gold Cup, Robin Knutsson and Gilles Magnus will share the wheel of the #10 Porsche, as usual! After a challenging start to the season, our duo is now consistently fighting for podium finishes. We’re hoping to see another victory for our Belgian-Swedish crew as they look to continue their strong run of form.

The Sprint format leaves very little room for error: with two short and intense races, every qualifying lap, pit stop and on-track battle can make the difference.

And let’s not forget the Pit Stop Challenge! Our mechanics will once again be aiming to take home the fantastic prize on offer, after coming so close to victory during the Magny-Cours weekend.

Everyone is ready to take on the challenges of the weekend! Join us online or at Zandvoort and support the team!
