GTWC SPRINT CUP – Magny cours day 1

The GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup is underway at Magny-Cours, and our first day on track has delivered promising results.

Friday’s program was dedicated to the paid test session, allowing our drivers to get their first laps in and our crew to focus heavily on pit stop practice, a key element for success in Sprint racing. The session provided valuable data and rhythm for both our cars ahead of the competitive sessions to come.

On track, our efforts paid off with encouraging results:

  • Pro Car (Luca Stolz & Maxime Martin): P2 overall, a strong start that underlines the car’s potential heading into the weekend.
  • Silver Car (Aurélien Panis & César Gazeau): P5 in class, showing great consistency and solid pace from the outset, aiming to get back our first place in the silver championship.

Tomorrow promises even more action with two Free Practice sessions scheduled for 13:15 and 13:55, followed by Pre-Qualifying under the lights at 20:45.

Stay tuned as we continue to build momentum for the weekend, the real fight begins now.
