Lamborghini super trofeo, jerez : Renaud kuppens crowned World Champion !

The weekend ends on a high note ! Already vice-champion with Roee Meyuhas in the European PRO-Am class championship, Renaud Kuppens wins the Lamborghini Super Trofeo AM World Championship!

Race 1:

Starting 4th on the grid for Race 1, our Belgian driver made short work of his predecessor, finding himself 3rd after just one lap. The race saw several twists and turns, with yellow flags preventing any overtaking. On the final lap, Renaud managed to hold on to second place, but soon the announcement of the penalties changed the ranking. Indeed, the initial winner was penalized, dragging Renaud to the top of the podium.

Race 2:
Following a good qualifying session the day before, Kuppens started on AM pole position for this second race. It went off without a hitch for our driver, who finished in second place. He thus wins the world championship thanks to the aggregate of his 2 races and the point from his pole position. It was a joyful and emotional end of the season.

No time to rest for our team, who will soon fly to Saudi Arabia for the final endurance round of the Fanatec GT World Challenge, where our 2 Mercedes AMG will be attempting to achieve just as much success.
