RACE WEEK – BOUTSEN VDS HEADS TO THE NÜRBURGRING

The GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup is back this weekend with another Endurance round at the Nürburgring. For this next chapter of the season, our two Porsche 911 GT3 R will be ready to take on Germany’s most iconic circuit alongside their usual competitors.

On our #2 Porsche in the PRO category, there are no changes to the line-up: Alessio Picariello, Dorian Boccolacci and Morris Schuring will once again share the wheel. After several strong performances this season that saw the trio on the verge of a podium finish before late-race incidents took it away from them at the last minute, they will be aiming to fight at the front once again and finally turn their potential into the podium result they have been chasing.

On the #10 Porsche in the GOLD category, Robin Knutsson and Gilles Magnus will welcome Nico Menzel this time around. The German driver will join the crew specifically for this Nürburgring round, bringing valuable knowledge of the circuit and experience with the Porsche 911 GT3 R.

On Friday, August 28, our cars will take to the track for the Paid Test Sessions. Then, on Saturday, August 29, the first official sessions will get underway with Free Practice 1 and 2. An essential opportunity to fine-tune the set-up and prepare for the crucial qualifying and race sessions. Finally, the action will ramp up on Sunday, with qualifying taking place in the morning before the main event of the weekend: a three-hour Endurance race in the afternoon.

Three hours of racing, two driver changes, strategies to build and a pace that will leave no room for error. Our two Porsche 911 GT3 R will be ready to take on the challenge of the Nürburgring and give everything to fight for the best possible result.

See you in the Green Hell!
