GTWC VALENCIA – Our felines shine in pre-quali at valencia !

Solid progress today at Circuit Ricardo Tormo for our felines in the GTWC sprint finale !

The day started with Free Practice, where both cars faced tricky conditions due to a red flag interrupting the session. Despite the challenges, our Mercedes #10 finished P10 overall and P3 in Silver, while our #9 closed in P20. The earlier Bronze/Silver free practice gave our silver drivers a bit more track time, which helped them adapt faster. On the other hand, the pros had less time to settle in and show their full potential.

Things looked much brighter in the afternoon during Pre-Qualifying. César Gazeau and Aurélien Panis in the #10 delivered an impressive P5 overall and P1 in Silver, showing strong pace with the Mercedes. While our #9 also stepped up with P6, confirming the team’s progress throughout the day. The speed was clearly there, and the step forward compared to the morning was very satisfying.

This performance gives us confidence heading into tomorrow’s first Qualifying session at 9:00, followed by Race 1 at 14:15. The team is ready to fight at the sharp end of the field.
