GTWC Sprint cup – races misano

Back from Misano, time to look back at our weekend under the Italian sun! 🌞

Saturday proved tricky for our two Mercedes AMG GT3s: the #9 (Maxime Martin & Luca Stolz) and the #10 (Aurélien Panis & César Gazeau). Despite some solid moves, the #10 was forced to retire due to a tyre-related issue. Meanwhile, the #9 was caught up in a lap-one incident and pushed hard to recover, but couldn’t break into the top 10.

Sunday brought a more positive vibe: after a long red flag for barrier repairs, the race resumed with intensity. The #9 took full advantage of the restart and secured a strong P6 finish. The #10, competing in the Silver Cup, crossed the line P2 in class, a great reward for the crew’s effort and consistency!

Next stop: Magny-Cours in just 10 days. Spirits are high, both cars are on pace, and the team is more motivated than ever to keep pushing for podiums. 💪
