3H ENDURANCE RACE : POINTS FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP
Fanatec GT World Challenge at the Nurburgring… After a torrid week in Misano for the Sprint championship, our team and drivers enjoyed a rainy weekend in Germany. Qualifying was rather difficult for the 3 drivers of our 2 Audis, in the pouring rain.
Aurelien Panis took the start of the 3-hour endurance race on Sunday in 6th position in the Gold class, while the #10 started from 10th position in the Silver class. Adam Eteki will take over from Aurelien in the #9 car, while Roee Meyuhas will drive the 2nd stint in the #10 car. Alberto Di Folco and Cesar Gazeau took the chequered flag.
- The #9 finished just off the podium, P4.
- The #10 was 6th in class.
The next GT World Challenge meeting will take place at Hockenheim. It will be a Sprint weekend, on September 2 and 3.
