The Boutsen team offered me the opportunity to finalize my last year of master’s studies while writing a thesis about a main project. At the heart of the environment that fascinates me, the team quickly entrusted me with the management of the M6 GT3 competing in the GT World Challenge Endurance. The tasks have allowed me to discover all the areas and challenges that are part of motorsport. This versatility is necessary for a great experience in the world of motorsport thanks to exchanges with all the people you meet at the various events. Passion, motivation and perseverance will open the doors to new and more challenging responsibilities.

Thanks to Boutsen Ginion Racing I was able to gain an immeasurable amount of experience in my 1 year at the team during my undergraduate studies at Coventry University. I was placed into a position of responsibility immediately, managing several cars, data engineering at events and working on many design projects, becoming an integral part of the team. All of this provided crucial learning experience while working with some amazing people!

Passionate about racing and finishing my mechanical engineering studies at ENISE, I had the opportunity to be part of the Boutsen Ginion Racing adventure for 6 months. I started my internship at the beginning of the year, and I had the chance to take part in a full season of the Blancpain GT3 endurance series. The team trusted me from the beginning, giving me the responsibility of managing 2 GT3 cars at the workshop and also the role of data engineer at racing events. The large amount of knowledge acquired during this internship (I had almost no experience before this traineeship) allowed me to continue to work in motorsport once I graduated. Motivation is an essential element, you will live beautiful moments, learn a lot, and meet beautiful people.

As a 4th year student of engineering at ISAE-ENSMA, the Boutsen Ginion Racing team offered me the great opportunity to continue my training as a motorsport engineer. I had a very pleasant internship during which I gained a lot of experience and knowledge about the engineering professions in racing teams, and I found there the spirit of cohesion and mutual aid that suits so well to racing environment.
